During the Q4 results FY2025, the board of Bajaj Auto had announced a whopping dividend payment of 2100 per cent to the shareholders.
The company in an exchange filing had said that 2100 per cent dividend or Rs 210 will be paid to the shareholders on each stock of Rs 10 face value for the financial year 2024-25.

Bajaj is set to take majority control of KTM AG, via an EUR 800 million (~₹7,769 cr) debt infusion, marking a pivotal shift from minority partner to strategic leader. This strengthens its global footprint and aligns product strategy with KTM for India and overseas markets.
